Project Details
Alpha Omega Contractors worked closely with the property management team at Cushman and Wakefield to deliver this new tenant improvement project. With AO starting the project in pre-construction services by providing accurate ROM pricing to the brokerage team, we helped to facilitate a timely lease signing.
The architect and design teams used full height and frameless interior glass walls to really open the space and allow natural light to flow to the interior of the office. The oasis kitchen provides both break room and additional amenities to the office area and executive suites.
With Alpha Omega Contractors’ early involvement, the construction team helped to facilitate this project from beginning to end.
