David founded Alpha Omega Contractors with a vision of providing clients with a comprehensive construction experience, from initial concept through project completion—Alpha to Omega. With a background spanning field operations, project management, and executive leadership, he brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project.

David is particularly passionate about partnering with tenants, property owners, and project teams early in the planning process, providing valuable insight into preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, and constructability. His hands-on leadership and commitment to building lasting relationships continue to shape the company’s reputation for quality, integrity, and reliability.

With construction deeply rooted in his family, Thomas Brugger has built his career around a passion for the industry, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in the field.

Since joining Alpha Omega Contractors in 2014, Thomas has advanced from Superintendent to Vice President of Field Operations, playing an integral role in the company’s growth and success. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to more than 200 tenant improvement projects, bringing hands-on expertise and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every job.

Today, Thomas oversees field operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. His leadership reflects AO’s commitment to teamwork, professional growth, and building lasting relationships with clients and trade partners.

As Director of Operations at Alpha Omega Contractors, Anita Jalaty brings a strong background in commercial real estate and business operations, including 10 years with CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services.

Drawing on her industry experience, Anita oversees the company’s business operations, focusing on organizational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement. She works across departments to streamline processes, strengthen internal communication, and implement systems that support the company’s continued growth.

With a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to fostering a positive company culture, Anita helps ensure Alpha Omega Contractors operates efficiently while maintaining the personalized service and strong relationships that define the company.
