Project Details
This full suite tenant improvement project for Guardian Life Insurance Co included roughly 4,560 square feet. This new creative office space is well located in the heart of Glendale, CA. Alpha Omega Contractors worked closely with the project team at Cruzan and design team at BAM Creative to deliver this new stunning and functional space.
The AO team worked diligently to create an open office setting featuring an Acoustical Sound Baffle and Oasis Kitchen. The new glass office window line allows natural light into the interior office space. The new office features a large conference room and is supported by additional collaboration rooms for increased workspace efficiency.
The coordination between all parties allowed this project to be completed on budget and ahead of the project schedule!
