Project Details
Alpha Omega Contractors had the privilege to collaborate with Construction Manager Jon Seide with C33 Group and the client, Keck Medicine of USC, to deliver a refresh to this existing Medical Office Building in Newport Beach, CA.
This overflow facility is near its counterpart for Oncology services. Alpha Omega Contractors was tasked to remake this old building to match both the look and standard of Keck Medicine of USC.
With a tight construction timeline and excellent collaboration between all parties, Alpha Omega Contractors delivered this beautiful update to a once unrecognizable medical office. The tenant was able to move in on time and begin operations from the date of occupancy.
