Project Details
This tenant improvement project required strategic planning, as it was a full adaptive reuse project. The original building was built as an old warehouse space over 50 years ago and has been transformed into a modern life sciences facility. The space is now comprised of expansive glass windows and exposed wood beams for creative effect, a clean room, incubator rooms, and a lab. Multiple team “huddle” areas throughout also provide ample space for lab technicians to collaborate.
