Project Details
Alpha Omega Contractors had previously developed this space as a Spec Suite for the landlord Cruzan. The AO Contractors team initially helped to bring this move-in-ready space to the commercial office market. Suite 830 quickly found its tenant.
Initially identified by the tenant representative Galloway Commercial, the new office appealed directly to the end user Beta Health. The immediate availability, operational design and reduced construction costs were all a benefit to Beta Health.
AO Contractors helped Beta Health to transform this spec suite from Cruzan to meet their style, design, and company Brand. Working in coordination with BAM Creative, AO was able to assist with this project from beginning to end.
